Meet Paula Nicole

I didn’t arrive here
through
ease or certainty.

I’m a spiritual life coach, Reiki and sound healer, and ceremonialist devoted to helping women come back home to themselves. Gently, honestly, and in their own timing.
I didn’t arrive here through ease or certainty.
I arrived here through a long, imperfect process of remembering.
For many years, I lived disconnected from my body, my truth, and my sense of worth.
I learned how to stay vigilant, how to be “good,” how to silence my needs, and how to keep moving even when something inside me was quietly asking for more.
Eventually, that quiet ache became impossible to ignore.
My healing didn’t begin as a belief system or a spiritual identity.
It began as a return to my body,
through yoga, breath, meditation, Reiki, and the slow, brave work of choosing myself again and again.
Over time, I came to understand something
that now sits at the heart of my work:
we are not broken, and we don’t need fixing.
What we’re longing for is remembrance —
of who we are beneath survival and conditioning.
In 2025, I entered formal priestess initiation
within the 13 Moon Mystery School lineage.
This is a multi-year devotional path that continues to shape me —
not as a title or destination, but as a practice of presence, responsibility, and spiritual maturation.
The work has involved deep shadow alchemy, archetypal study, and learning how to hold safety — first for myself, and then for others. I am still in it. Still learning. Still being shaped.
In 2024, my wife and I followed a strong inner call to the Appalachian Mountains and made our home in Wise, Virginia.
The land welcomed my body before my mind could explain why. Starting over here — building community, rebuilding my work, and listening closely to what wanted to emerge — has been an initiation of its own. My offerings have evolved from circles into more intimate temple-style ceremonies rooted in embodiment, reverence, and integration.
My work bridges ceremony, energy healing, and spiritual life coaching. I support women who feel the quiet knowing that there is more — more truth, more softness, more agency, more life — and who are ready to gently release self-abandonment and come back into relationship with themselves.
I don’t believe in fixing people.
I believe in presence.
I believe in walking beside.
I believe in honoring timing.
Alongside this work, I’m also holding a long-term dream: the creation of a land-based retreat sanctuary devoted to healing, community, reverence for nature, joy, and rest.
That dream is still unfolding, and I’m letting it take the shape it needs, rather than rushing it into form.
This work isn’t something I “perform.”
It’s something I practice.
It’s something I’m still living into.
If something in you softened or stirred as you read this, it might be an invitation,
not to become someone else,
but to come back to yourself, one honest step at a time.
