And yet something inside you is asking for more.
Not more achievement.
Not more productivity.
Not more self-improvement.
More space.
More connection.
More joy.
More aliveness.
A deeper relationship with yourself.
A deeper relationship with the women walking beside you.
A deeper relationship with what feels sacred and true.
Sacred Remembrance was created for that moment.

There comes a moment when the life you've built no longer feels quite like home.
You keep showing up.
Holding it all together.
Taking care of everyone around you.
Doing what needs to be done.

What Is Sacred Remembrance
Sacred Remembrance is a deeply immersive 5-day retreat for women who are longing to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and remember what feels true.
Held in Southern Vermont during the season of the Autumn Equinox, this intimate gathering invites you into a rhythm that is often missing from modern life: spaciousness, presence, meaningful connection, and time to simply be.
Together, we'll gather in Temple Ceremony, share nourishing meals, walk forest trails, experience sound healing, rest deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within us.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It is not about becoming someone new.
It is a space to remember what has always been there beneath the noise.
Your voice.
Your essence.
Your wholeness.
We don't gather because someone else has the answers. We gather because there is wisdom in being witnessed.
Because healing happens in relationship.
Because remembering ourselves is often easier in the presence of women who are also remembering themselves.
Sacred Remembrance is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and return to what feels most alive and true within you.

This retreat may be for you if...
You feel disconnected from yourself and aren't quite sure how you got here.
You've been carrying a lot for a long time and rarely make space to receive support.
You're longing for deeper connection—with yourself, with other women, and with what feels sacred.
You're tired of performing, striving, fixing, and proving.
You're moving through a season of change, transition, grief, awakening, or becoming.
You want to trust yourself more deeply.
You miss the feeling of being fully alive.
Something in you feels drawn to this retreat, even if you can't fully explain why.

The Journey of Sacred Remembrance
Three Ceremonies. One Sacred Return.
Sacred Remembrance unfolds through three Temple Ceremonies designed to guide you home to yourself. Together, they form a journey through voice, essence, and wholeness — not as concepts to understand, but as truths to experience and remember within your own body, heart, and life.

Reclaim Your Voice Ceremony
How many times have you swallowed the words you wanted to say?
How many times have you chosen silence to keep the peace?
How many times have you hidden your truth because you feared how it might be received?
Over time, many of us learn to stay small. We soften our desires, edit our truth, silence our knowing, and abandon parts of ourselves in exchange for belonging.
Yet your voice is so much more than the words you speak. It is your truth, your desires, your creativity, your boundaries, your laughter, your song, and your unique expression in the world.
Through ceremony, sound, song, and sacred witnessing, we begin remembering what it feels like to express ourselves honestly and fully—to stop asking for permission, listen more deeply to what our soul longs to say, and reclaim the voice that has been within us all along.

Remember Your Essence Ceremony
How much of your life have you spent believing you needed to be different before you could fully love yourself?
More confident. More successful. More healed. More beautiful. More certain. More worthy.
How much energy have you spent trying to become someone else while quietly withholding love from the woman you already are?
We all carry stories about who we should be and who we need to become before we are enough—stories shaped by expectations, fear, shame, comparison, rejection, and the longing to belong.
What if there is nothing you need to earn?
What if what is most true about you has been here all along?
In this ceremony, we'll explore what is ready to be released so that what remains can be seen more clearly.
Not a better version of yourself.
Your essence.

Return to Your Wholeness Ceremony
What if there is nothing wrong with you?
What if you are not broken?
What if you do not need fixing?
We've spent years believing that wholeness is something we must earn through healing, proving, improving, achieving, or becoming someone different than we are.
We know what it feels like to live from fragmentation—performing, shrinking ourselves, seeking permission, over-giving, over-proving, and constantly negotiating our belonging.
In this ceremony, we'll explore what it means to welcome all of ourselves, including the parts we've hidden, abandoned, judged, or left behind.
Through reflection, storytelling, play, and a guided soul journey, we'll reconnect with the magical inner child who still carries pieces of us waiting to be remembered.
What would change if you woke up feeling whole every day?
As we cross the threshold of this final ceremony, we'll practice living from the truth that we are already enough, already worthy, and already whole—not because we've become someone else, but because we finally remember who we have always been.

Why Women Gather
Women need women.
We remember ourselves in relationship.
We don't heal because someone fixes us. We heal when we allow space for what is here and let ourselves be witnessed in it.
There is something powerful that happens when women gather with honesty, presence, and open hearts. We begin to see ourselves reflected back through one another's stories, courage, grief, joy, and wisdom.
Many of us are carrying more than we were ever meant to carry alone.
Sacred Remembrance is an invitation to step out of isolation and into connection – to be seen, supported, and reminded that you're not alone.

Meet Paula
Paula Nicole is a guide, ceremonialist, priestess, and sacred space holder devoted to helping women remember their worth, sovereignty, and wholeness.
Known for creating spaces that feel deeply nurturing, beautiful, and safe, Paula invites women into experiences where they can soften, be fully themselves, and feel genuinely seen and heard. Her work is rooted in the belief that we don't need someone standing above us showing us the way—we need people willing to walk beside us as we remember it for ourselves.
Through Temple Ceremonies, sound healing, embodiment practices, and soul-centered mentorship, she gently guides women back to their voice, their essence, their wholeness, and the deep knowing that they are already worthy.
Rooted in years of priestess training, spiritual coaching, sound healing, Reiki practice, and lived experience, Paula's work is centered not on fixing people, but on remembrance. She believes we are not broken beings in need of repair, but whole beings learning to return to ourselves.

Meet Your Guides
Sacred Remembrance will be held by Paula Nicole, with the support of her dear friend and soul sister, Sid Lynn.
Together, they bring complementary gifts rooted in ceremony, intuition, sound, healing, and a shared devotion to helping women reconnect with their deepest truth.
Their approach is gentle, grounded, and deeply human. Rather than offering answers, they create spaces where women can slow down, listen inward, trust their own wisdom, and remember what has always lived within them.

Meet Sid Lynn
Sid Lynn is a Reiki Master Teacher, intuitive guide, evidential medium, and vibrational sound practitioner devoted to helping others reconnect with their inner wisdom, energetic balance, and embodied sense of well-being.
Known for her grounded presence and compassionate way of holding space, Sid creates experiences that invite people to slow down, listen inward, and cultivate a deeper relationship with their intuition. Her work weaves together Reiki, intuitive insight, and therapeutic sound frequencies to support emotional clarity, nervous system restoration, energetic renewal, and a greater sense of ease within oneself.
At the heart of Sid's work is the belief that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about returning to balance and remembering the wholeness that already exists within us. Through private sessions and teachings, she gently guides others toward greater self-trust, receptivity, and connection with their own inner knowing.
At Sacred Remembrance, Sid will offer a guided exploration into intuitive development, optional healing sessions, and support during our sound healing experiences.

A Personal Note from Paula
Sacred Remembrance has been teaching me its lessons long before it has ever happened.
As I've been creating this retreat, I've found myself being asked to live the very things we'll explore together: slowing down, listening deeply, trusting my inner wisdom, and following the twists and turns that don't always make sense in the moment.
What began as one vision evolved into another. Doors opened. New possibilities appeared. A beautiful soul sister joined me in the journey. And each time I was asked to choose between control and trust, Sacred Remembrance gently reminded me what it is here to teach.
That remembering doesn't happen when we force our way forward.
It happens when we listen.
When we soften.
When we trust what feels true.
My hope is that this retreat becomes a place where you can hear yourself more clearly, reconnect with what matters most, and remember the wisdom that has been within you all along.
I would be honored to walk beside you.
With love,
Paula Nicole

Willow Vermont Retreat
Nestled in the foothills of Vermont's Green Mountains, Willow Vermont Retreat offers the perfect setting for Sacred Remembrance.
Surrounded by forests, rolling hills, a peaceful pond, and graceful willow trees, this beautiful estate invites us into a slower rhythm—one where there is space to breathe, listen, rest, and reconnect with ourselves and the natural world.
As we gather in the days following the Autumn Equinox, the landscape will be beginning its transition into autumn. Leaves will be changing, the air will be crisp, and the beauty of the season will surround us as nature demonstrates what it means to release, trust, and begin again.
During our time together, there will be opportunities to wander forest trails, sit quietly beside the pond, gather around the fire beneath the stars, relax on the long veranda, and simply enjoy the spaciousness that so many of us are craving.
Just beyond the property you'll find rivers and swimming holes, while the retreat grounds themselves offer hundreds of acres of natural beauty to explore and enjoy.
Willow invites us into a different pace.
A pace that honors presence over productivity.
Connection over performance.
Being over doing.
A pace that beautifully supports the heart of Sacred Remembrance and the journey of returning to what feels true.

Reflections from Women in Paula’s Sacred Spaces
Words shared by women who have experienced Paula’s Temple ceremonies and sacred gatherings.

I feel so safe and seen in Paula's spaces. The mutual love and trust is so needed and fulfilling, and I find it so powerful to be in a space where we can completely let go, break down barriers, even unconscious ones, and simply be ourselves without judgment. Paula creates a space where we are all seen as equals, and that kind of connection feels incredibly healing. ~ Sam
I came to Temple with a deep desire to connect with and trust women again. I received that, along with a connection back to myself. Paula creates such a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where I feel understood, accepted, and safe to simply be me. I was feeling lost and disconnected from my body and myself, and after Temple I felt empowered, clear, realigned, and more compassionate toward myself. These experiences have become incredibly near and dear to my heart. ~ Renee
Paula creates a beautiful, intimate, comfortable, and loving space in her Temples. Her voice is calming, and I felt deeply supported in letting go of things with acceptance. I left feeling peaceful, open-hearted, and more connected to myself. ~ tracee
Before Temple, I was walking around with my head hanging low, never feeling enough. This experience helped me connect with that feeling and gave me the strength to meet challenges in my life differently. I left feeling stronger, more grounded, and more connected to myself." ~ Anna
Leaving Temple reminded me what it feels like to be connected to myself and the spirit of my child self. I needed that so badly." ~ M
The companionship of a circle of sisters who understand, support, and uplift you was one of the greatest gifts of this experience. I came in feeling lost in my own loneliness and left seeing myself as capable of beautiful change. ~ Sherry

If something inside you softened while reading this...
If your body whispered yes...
If some deeper part of you recognizes itself here...
Perhaps this is your invitation to listen a little more closely.
Sacred Remembrance is an opportunity to step away from the noise, gather with a circle of women, and return to what feels most alive, true, and essential within you.
The wisdom is already there.
The voice is already there.
The wholeness is already there.
Sometimes we simply need the space to remember.
Spaces are intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy and depth of this experience.

FAQs
What is a Temple Ceremony?
A Temple Ceremony is a sacred, experiential space designed to help you reconnect with yourself through ritual, meditation, sound, reflection, and embodied practice. Rather than focusing primarily on discussion, Temple invites you into an inner journey—one that engages your senses, intuition, heart, and inner wisdom.
There is no pressure to perform, share, or have any particular experience. You are simply invited to soften, receive, and remember.
Is Sacred Remembrance right for me if I've never attended a retreat before?
Absolutely.
Many women attend Sacred Remembrance without prior retreat, ceremony, or spiritual experience. You don't need to know anything, believe anything, or prepare in any special way.
If you're feeling drawn to this experience, that is enough.
What if I come alone and don't know anyone?
Many women come to Sacred Remembrance on their own, and you will absolutely not be the only one arriving without knowing anyone.
The retreat is intentionally designed to feel welcoming, grounded, and emotionally safe. Most women find that the shared experience of slowing down together naturally creates connection in an organic and genuine way.
How many women will attend?
Sacred Remembrance is intentionally intimate, with space for just 12 participants.
This allows for meaningful connection, personal attention, and a retreat experience where every woman is truly known and welcomed.
What are silent mornings?
Each morning begins in silence until after breakfast.
In a world filled with constant noise, conversation, and stimulation, silent mornings offer a rare opportunity to simply be with yourself. You might spend this time journaling, walking among the trees, sipping tea, attending yoga, or simply enjoying the quiet.
Many women are surprised by how nourishing and restorative this practice becomes.
Will there be free time and space to rest?
Yes.
Spaciousness is intentionally woven into the retreat experience. Alongside ceremony, sound healing, movement, and shared experiences, there will be time for rest, reflection, nature, journaling, optional healing sessions, or simply doing nothing at all.
Sacred Remembrance is not designed to keep you constantly busy. Deep restoration often happens in the spaces between.
Will we receive a detailed schedule?
Yes. Participants will receive a detailed schedule prior to the retreat.
While each day has a clear structure and intention, there is also room for spaciousness, integration, and the natural unfolding of the retreat experience.
What is the refund policy?
Cancellations made more than two months prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a refund of 75% of any deposits paid.
Within two months of the retreat start date, all payments become non-refundable.
If Willow Vermont Retreat cancels the retreat for any reason, all payments will be refunded in full.
