There comes a moment when the noise becomes too loud.
The constant tending.
The over-giving.
The carrying.
The performing.
The rushing.
The endless motion of life that slowly pulls us away from ourselves.
And beneath it all, something truer waits.
Your body.
Your inner knowing.
Your aliveness.
Your truth.
The part of you that remembers who you were before the world asked you to become everything for everyone else.
Sacred Remembrance
is a deeply immersive 5-day women’s retreat held in the mountains and forests of Vermont
— a sacred space to slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with the land, and return to yourself.
Together, we will gather in ceremony, rest in spaciousness, walk among the trees, move our bodies gently, sing around the fire, receive sound healing, and remember what it feels like to be fully present in our lives again.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It is about remembering your wholeness.

This retreat is for you if...
You feel exhausted from holding so much.
You long for spaciousness and room to breathe.
You miss hearing your own inner voice clearly.
You crave deeper connection — with yourself, nature and with other women.
You have been moving through a season of transition, grief, awakening, burnout, change, or becoming.
You want to feel
alive, grounded, nourished,
and connected to your essence.
You are longing for sacred sisterhood without hierarchy or performance.
You desire a space where you can simply be —
softening,
unraveling,
remembering.

The Heart of This Retreat
There is no hierarchy here.
We gather as women walking each other home.
This retreat is not about becoming someone new.
It is about creating enough spaciousness and safety for your truest self to rise back to the surface.
Together, we will remember:
How to slow down.
How to listen.
How to soften.
How to feel alive again.
How to trust ourselves.
How to belong to our bodies and to the earth.
And perhaps most importantly...
How to return home to ourselves.

will be held at Sterling Forest Lodge in beautiful Stowe, Vermont — a boutique retreat sanctuary nestled among mountains, forests, trails, white pines, and breathtaking views of the Green Mountains.
More than simply a retreat venue, Sterling Forest was intentionally created as a place for nourished, conscious living, authentic connection, and remembering. The land itself becomes part of the experience.
Here, nature is not separate from the retreat. It is woven into every part of it.
The lodge was designed to bring the outside, in — with natural materials, warm gathering spaces, mountain views, forest trails, and rooms named after the trees surrounding the property.
There are quiet corners to journal and rest. Communal spaces that invite connection. A fireplace to gather around. A yoga studio where ceremony unfolds. Miles of walking trails and meditation paths through the forest. A spring-fed pond hidden among the trees.
This retreat is intentionally designed to allow room for rest, integration, wandering, reflection, and connection with the land.
One of the quiet rhythms woven throughout Sacred Remembrance will be silent mornings. Until after breakfast each day, we will gently remain in silence together.
In a world filled with constant noise, stimulation, conversation, and distraction, silence can become its own kind of medicine.
Silent mornings may be spent walking among the trees, moving through a gentle morning yoga practice, watching the sunrise over the mountains, sipping tea quietly, resting, reflecting, or simply being.
With inspiring nature surrounding the lodge and cozy spaces tucked throughout the property, these silent mornings create spaciousness to hear yourself more clearly and reconnect with the deeper wisdom within.

Meet Paula
Paula Nicole is a guide, ceremonialist, priestess, and sacred space holder devoted to helping women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and remember their worth, wholeness, and inner knowing.
Through ceremony, sound healing, embodiment practices, and Reiki, she creates spaces that feel grounding, honest, deeply human, and safe enough for women to soften out of survival mode and return to themselves.
Rooted in years of healing work, priestess training, and lived experience, Paula’s work is centered not on fixing people, but on presence, self-trust, nervous system restoration, and remembering that we already carry within us the love, wisdom, and belonging that live at the core of who we are.

Reflections from Women in Paula’s Sacred Spaces
Words shared by women who have experienced Paula’s Temple ceremonies and sacred gatherings.
I feel so safe and seen in Paula's spaces. The mutual love and trust is so needed and fulfilling, and I find it so powerful to be in a space where we can completely let go, break down barriers, even unconscious ones, and simply be ourselves without judgment. Paula creates a space where we are all seen as equals, and that kind of connection feels incredibly healing. ~ Sam
I came to Temple with a deep desire to connect with and trust women again. I received that, along with a connection back to myself. Paula creates such a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where I feel understood, accepted, and safe to simply be me. I was feeling lost and disconnected from my body and myself, and after Temple I felt empowered, clear, realigned, and more compassionate toward myself. These experiences have become incredibly near and dear to my heart. ~ Renee
Paula creates a beautiful, intimate, comfortable, and loving space in her Temples. Her voice is calming, and I felt deeply supported in letting go of things with acceptance. I left feeling peaceful, open-hearted, and more connected to myself. ~ tracee
Paula creates a tranquil, peaceful, grounded, and joyful space in her Temples. The energy of her gatherings feels deeply meditative and supportive of inner reflection. Before entering Temple, I was feeling worn down and exhausted, and afterward I felt relaxed, balanced, and full again. ~ Melonie

A Personal Note from Paula
It has been a season of deep change in my own life.
A season of shedding, listening, reimagining, and returning.
For a while, I became quiet.
Not because the my disappeared, but because I was being called into something truer.
Sacred Remembrance rises from that place.
From the understanding that so many of us are longing for spaces where we do not need to perform, strive, or hold everything alone.
Spaces where we can breathe again.
Where we can hear our own souls.
Where we can reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within us.
And where we can experience the healing that happens when women gather together in genuine, safe, heart-centered community.
I think so many of us are aching for spaces where we can simply be human with one another again.
It would be an honor to walk alongside you in this experience.
With love,
Paula Nicole

FAQs
What is a Temple Ceremony, and how is it different from a typical “circle” or spiritual gathering?
A Temple Ceremony is a sacred, intentional space where you’re guided through an inner journey rather than simply gathering to share or talk. It weaves together ritual, archetypal gates, sound, meditation, seasonal wisdom, and embodied practice to help you reconnect with your truest self. Unlike a typical circle where conversation is central, the Temple is experiential. It engages your senses, your breath, your intuition, and your inner landscape. You’re not asked to perform, speak on command, or be “on.” Instead, you’re invited to soften, receive, and remember. It is a threshold space: part ancient, part modern, and designed to help you move out of auto-pilot and back into a more soul-led, intentional way of living.
What can I expect to feel or experience inside a Temple? Do I need prior spiritual experience to come?
Most women say the first thing they feel is relief, the sense of not having to hold everything together for a moment. Inside the Temple, you’ll move through guided meditation, sound healing, ritual, gentle embodiment, and reflective moments that speak to your own inner wisdom. There is no pressure, no performance, no “right way” to be. You’re simply offered a sacred container where your nervous system can downshift and your soul can speak a little louder. No experience is needed. Truly. If you’re curious, open-hearted, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, you are already prepared.
What’s your refund policy?
All retreat payments and deposits are non-refundable due to the planning, preparation, and expenses required to hold this intimate experience. If Sacred Remembrance does not reach minimum participation requirements to move forward, all payments and deposits will be refunded in full.
What if I come alone and don’t know anyone?
Many women come to Sacred Remembrance on their own, and you will absolutely not be the only one arriving without knowing anyone. In many ways, there is something deeply beautiful about entering a space like this independently — without needing to be anyone for anyone else. The retreat is intentionally designed to feel welcoming, grounded, and emotionally safe, with a balance of meaningful connection and spaciousness. There is no pressure to socialize, perform, or immediately “fit in.” Most women find that the shared experience of slowing down together naturally creates connection in an organic and genuine way.
What are silent mornings?
Each morning at Sacred Remembrance will begin in silence until after breakfast. This is one of the most meaningful and restorative aspects of the retreat experience. In a world filled with constant noise, conversation, stimulation, and pressure to engage, silent mornings offer a rare opportunity to simply be with yourself without immediately moving into performance, productivity, or social energy.
You may choose to spend this time walking among the trees, journaling, sipping tea quietly, watching the sunrise over the mountains, attending morning yoga, or simply resting. Many people are surprised by how nourishing and grounding this practice feels, and how much more clearly they can hear themselves within the quiet.
Will there be free time and space to rest?
Yes. Spaciousness is intentionally woven into the retreat experience. While there will be guided ceremonies, sound healing, movement, and shared experiences throughout our time together, there will also be ample time for rest, reflection, nature, sauna, hot tub, optional add-on sessions, naps, journaling, or simply doing nothing at all.
This retreat is not designed to keep you constantly busy or emotionally “on.” Sacred Remembrance was created with the understanding that deep restoration often happens in the spaces between.
